Account Notifications can be accessed through the Top Navigation Bar
Your Name > Account Settings > Notifications
Notifications are emails that FeedbackWhiz will send to your email to inform you the following items:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Email Summary- An email that contains a summary of Feedback/Orders/Sales/Reviews for that time period.
Seller Positive Feedback- An email will be sent when a Positive feedback is received.
Seller Neutral Feedback- An email will be sent when a Neutral feedback is received.
Seller Negative Feedback- An email will be sent when a Negative feedback is received.
Seller Feedback Removal- An email will be sent when a seller feedback is removed.
Order Return- An email will be sent when an order is returned.
Positive Product Review- An email will be sent when a positive product review is received.
Neutral Product Review- An email will be sent when a neutral product review is received.
Negative Product Review- An email will be sent when a negative product review is received.
Hijacker-An email will be sent whenever the number of offers change on a listing.
Buy Box-An email will be sent when you no longer have the buy box on a listing.
Title Change- An email will be sent when the title changes for a item.
By Toggling the button next to each notification, you can enable or disable the email sent to you for each notification and click "Update Preferences"
To add Additional recipients:
1) Please add the new recipient here and you will see them appear under "Current email recipients"
2) This is a drop down menu, please click the new recipients email address and you can update the preferences for that user and save.
