How often do Orders get imported?

Orders are imported every 15 minutes and updated to Feedbackwhiz immediately.

    I'm in free trial period and it seems order data is imported only once a day. Was the sync frequency changed to one / day?

    Hello Jun, When you first sign up it takes a few hours for all of your order data to sync. Once the account is fully synced it will start syncing properly every 15 minutes
