Yes, the original enabled alerts WILL roll over into the new and improved Alerts page.
The original alerts page looked like the following:
All of the alerts you had originally enabled will roll into the new and improved format.
We have updated the Alerts Dashboard and with the update, you are now able to set up custom alerts and keep track of critical events related to your products.
