Activating your account

  1. Create your Feedbackwhiz account here:  https:/app.feedbackwhiz.com/signup

  2. Enter your name, business name, email address, and create a password.

  3. Click "Start My Free Trial"

  4. Check your email for a "Welcome to Feedbackwhiz" email and click "Activate Account"

  5. You will be redirected to Feedbackwhiz Amazon Account Setup Screen

  6. Follow and complete Step 1-4, then click "Connect"

  7. If successful, you will see under Marketplace Settings display: "Connected"

  8. A list of marketplaces available in your region will appear. 
    To start importing data for each marketplace, click the "enable" button.
    Checking the "set default box" will display that marketplaces as the default when you log in.

  9. Once your marketplaces are enabled, your orders will start importing and it can take up to few hours for all the orders to fetch depending on the number of orders you have.

  10. A notification will be sent out when the first 30 days of orders are imported and an additional notification will be sent when all your orders are ready.  To learn more about notifications, click here.

 Completing your Profile

While your orders are importing, please complete your account profile.

Once your profile is complete, you can start setting up templates, campaigns and send out emails.
